Our direct placement services are true to their name. We’ll consult with your team to identify needs, promote jobs on social media, generate enthusiasm for each position, source and screen active and passive candidates, and determine appropriate compensation packages. To round it out, we’ll handpick the candidates who will make an immediate impact within your organization.

Our fee structure is based on the hire’s first-year base compensation. If they don’t make it past 90 days with your organization, we’ll eliminate that fee altogether.
